Whole cake, 288g, 12cm. Luscious cream cheese from France & Hokkaido expertly blended with Hokkaido fresh cream & milk, along with cheese and milk mousses wrapped in a crepe at the base of the cake. Made in Japan. Storage info: This product is delivered frozen. Packed in default foam bag with 2 ice packs. Best Before Date of the cake is only applicable when kept frozen. Defrosting info: To enjoy the cake, it must be defrosted: a) At room temperature: At least 1 hr b) In fridge/chiller (4ºC - 10ºC): at least 2 - 5 hrs (depending on preferred texture) Once defrosted, please do NOT refreeze. Cake should be kept in the fridge/chiller and consumed within 24 to 48 hrs for best quality.
